The website is run by PracticeOS Limited (company number 17089926), 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA. Contact hello@complaintguard.uk.

It gives information about ComplaintGuard and lets GP practice staff join a waiting list. The demo uses fictional data. Use your own authorised NHS work contact details when you apply.

Do not submit patient, complaint, clinical or other confidential information through the website or to our support email.

Joining does not guarantee or activate access to the complaints service. Using the service with patient information will need a separate service agreement and data processing agreement with your practice, and your practice's own local approvals.

We do not take ownership of anything you send us, and we do not use it to train AI models. See our privacy notice.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
